Services and estimates
Available shipping services and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout after you enter the destination. An estimate begins when an order is dispatched, not when it is placed.
Orders may require additional processing time during launches or public holidays. We will show any known delay before payment where possible.
Tracking and delivery
A tracking link is sent when fulfilment is connected and the parcel leaves the studio. The carrier may need one business day to display the first scan.
- Check the delivery address carefully before payment.
- Contact support as soon as possible if an address needs to change.
- A change cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.
Standard delivery, tracking, and charges
Orders are dispatched by VORNEU to the delivery address entered at checkout.
Available shipping methods, rates, and any calculated taxes are shown before payment is confirmed. Tracking details are shared when available.
Delivery is limited to destinations enabled at checkout. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you before fulfilment and refund any payment that cannot be completed.
